allSafely Terms of Service
1. Who we are
ALLSAFELY IT SERVICES LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17227414. Registered office: Office 9843, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, UK. ICO registration: [in progress]. We work as an independent contractor, not as your employee.
2. What we do
We set up and secure the core systems a business runs on, across nine areas: secure collaboration and email, data backup and recovery, staff security awareness, device and asset management, network security, threat detection and response, automation and AI governance, secure software delivery, and governance, risk and compliance.
Some clients use us for one area; others as their main IT support or an ongoing "second pair of eyes". We agree the scope of each job with you in writing before we start.
Our work is guided by recognised standards and practices, including ISO 27001 and CIS Controls. No one can promise perfect security. Our job is to make an incident far less likely, and far easier to recover from.
3. Cost and payment
- Your rate is set in your quote or engagement confirmation. Current rates and the calculator: `allsafely.io/pricing`.
- We bill the hours we actually work in USD, with a timesheet on each invoice. Invoices are monthly, due within 30 days.
- The base rate rises 4% each April, after your first 12 months with us. We make no other routine increases.
- Months over 20 hours get a volume discount. Startups and small clients may get up to 4 free hours a month, at our discretion.
- Fees are for time worked. Amounts already paid, including unused retainer hours, are not refundable.
- Your own cloud, software and licence costs are yours and not on our bill.
- We send payment reminders; non-urgent work pauses after 7 days overdue and all work after 30 days, until the account is clear. Repeat late payers move to paying in advance.
4. Open source
In some cases we deliver open-source, tested software with no licensing cost. As your company grows this may change and need paid licensing, support or upgrades, arranged directly between you and the vendor. While you stay on the free editions, we send you a donation report once a year so you can support the projects behind your setup.
5. Working together
- Response: 1 hour for emergencies (via the emergency contact), 3 business hours for normal requests.
- Hours: We're available 5 AM to 5 PM Dubai time from Monday to Saturday, contacts: `800fota.com`.
- Access: you give us the admin access we need and tell us within 24 hours if access or settings change. Changes made without us are at your risk, and if you decline or delay a recommendation we are not responsible for what it would have prevented.
6. Your information
We use your data only to do the work; full detail at `allsafely.io/privacy`. We enable audit logging (about 90 days) on systems we manage. Ask us to delete your data at any time; otherwise we keep engagement records for 1 year after we stop working together. Our AI tools never train on your data. Confidentiality runs both ways: we sign your NDA, you sign ours.
7. Ownership and people
You own your data and any infrastructure we build specifically for you and that you have paid for. We keep our own templates, playbooks and the 9-Stage framework; you can reuse what we deliver to run your own organisation, but not resell it or use it outside your organisation. Open-source and commercial tools stay under their own licences.
We usually do the work ourselves, if we bring in help then will we tell you in advance and hold them to the same confidentiality and standards.
We may name your business and show your logo as a client, detailed case studies go out only after your approval.
8. If something goes wrong
Talk to us first; we both try to resolve any dispute before anything formal. Our total liability is capped at the lower of the fees you paid us in the previous 6 months or USD 10,000. This cap does not apply to gross negligence, fraud, or death or injury. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, lost profit or data, third-party platform failures, losses from ignored recommendations, or events outside our control. allSafely is currently a small start up business; we keep your documentation and runbooks current so you can carry on or move provider when necessary.
9. Ending the engagement
Either side can stop with one month's written notice, or immediately for a serious breach that is not fixed within 14 days, or on insolvency. On exit we hand over documentation, credentials and runbooks. Unpaid fees still stand.
10. Legal
Governed by the law of England and Wales; its courts have exclusive jurisdiction (revisited if we relocate). If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms with at least 30 days' email notice and a new version here, dated. Past versions stay available below.
By engaging us, or paying an invoice that links to this page, you accept these terms.
